1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors and users, including individuals who browse pages, submit a registration form, or otherwise interact with the Site.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18 (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you may use the Site only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for your compliance with these Terms.
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy are incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review them to understand how we handle personal data and cookie choices.
2. Educational Disclaimer (No Professional Advice)
The Site provides educational information about sportswear and activewear manufacturing. Content may cover topics such as pattern making, grading concepts, fabric behavior, cutting workflows, industrial sewing operations, seam engineering, and quality control practices. The information is provided for general educational purposes only and is not professional advice.
Manufacturing outcomes depend on many variables, including fabric composition, elastane percentage, stitch type, machine setup (for example, differential feed and thread tension), operator skill, and the production environment. You are responsible for validating requirements for your own products, materials, equipment, and processes. If you require professional advice for a specific project, consult a qualified practitioner.
erivadlix is not affiliated with any sportswear brands, and the Site does not use official sportswear brand logos or endorsements. Any references to common industry practices are descriptive and educational.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, including the structure of learning modules, the way content is presented, and the availability of registration or updates. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every page will be available at all times.
4. Registration Form and Communications
The Site includes a registration form that asks for your name and email address. When you submit the form, you request that we contact you with course-related updates and enrollment information. You must provide accurate information and must not submit an email address that you do not control.
