erivadlix is not affiliated with any sportswear brands, and the Site does not use official sportswear brand logos or endorsements. Any references to common industry practices are descriptive and educational.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total direct liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Erivadlix Education Ltd from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law and Jurisdiction, and any provisions that by their nature should survive.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Erivadlix Education Ltd regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements or communications.

18. Assignment

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
